Each frame project starts with an interview to get to understand who you are, your riding style, and what you are looking for in your riding experience. If you can dream it up, we can make it happen.
02 — Designing Your Experience
Working with cutting edge engineering design packages, we design, analyze, and iterate your own unique frameset to ensure that every single piece is up to our standards and reflects your desired experience.
03 — Building Your Frameset
Once approved, we take your unique design into the workshop and make it a reality. Whether it’s brazing, machining, or even 3D printing, we have the expertise to make even the most complex designs possible.
04 — Creating Your Components
We believe in designing the bike as a system with every component and accessory a part of the experience. We work with your preference on bottle cage tension, brake lever placement, spares and tool used and many more details to build the components and accessories spec’d with your frameset.
05 — Building Your Bike
We assemble your hand-picked selection of parts into a complete bike to ensure 100% compatibility and a professional level of finish work for every bike that we deliver.
